Final Subject Registration Session for Sem. 2, 11/12

FINAL SUBJECT REGISTRATION

SEMESTER 2, ACADEMIC YEAR 2011/2012

27 AUG. 2011 (SATURDAY)

8.30 AM TO 1.00 PM

 

To avoid being fined (RM100.00) for late subject registration, students who did not register on Pre-Registration Session (30 Jul. 2011) are required to register their subjects on 27 Aug. 2011 (Saturday) in Block BC, ITMS from 8.30 am to 1.00 pm. Final Subject Registration cannot be done from student apartments or off campus accommodations.

 

This final registration is only for students who did not do Pre-Registration on 30 Jul. 2011. This session is not meant for Add/ Drop of subjects, creating/amending Study Plan or printing timetable for those who registered on 30 Jul. 2011.

 

Students who have attended the Subject Pre-Registration Session on 30 Jul. 2011 but were unsuccessful in registering any subjects because of clashes or unavailability of places, are not required to be presented on 27 Aug. 2011.

 

Please bring along your student I/D for registration.

 

Kindly be informed that the students’ status will be changed from Active to Dropped without prior notice if there are no subjects registered after the Add Session of Semester 2, 11/12 has ended. RM500.00 will be charged to those who want to Activate the status after being Dropped.

 

Students who were previously barred because of financial reason, but have settled their outstanding debts with the University, are to ensure the Finance Department has lifted the bar.

Students who intended to stay on campus are advise to apply manually by filling up the required form. This form is available in the accommodation office in each kelompok and also can be obtained from website.

Penyimpanan barang di Kaunter Perpustakaan / Library Counter Safekeeping

Siswa-siswi yang dihormati

 

Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa Kaunter Perpustakaan tidak lagi akan menyimpan barang (termasuk beg, laptop, telefon bimbit dsb) kerana ruang yang terhad menyukarkan perkhidmatan di kaunter. 

 

Pihak Perpustakaan berharap agar mendapat kerjasama sepenuhnya daripada siswa-siswi di dalam perkara ini.

Final Examination Timetable for Trimester/Semester 1, 2011/2012

Examination Announcement to All Putrajaya Campus  Students:

 

The Final Examination for Trimester and Semester 1, Academic Year 2011/2012 will be held as follows:

Date: 15 - 27 August 2011
Time: 9am – 12pm, 2.30 – 5.30pm, 3 – 6pm (Friday)
Venue: As specified in the Final Exam Timetable

 

Eligible students who are free from outstanding debt may view their seat numbering online from the Student Info portal beginning 8 August 2011.

 

STUDENTS MAY VIEW THE FINAL EXAMINATION TIMETABLE FROM NOTICEBOARDS AT THE REGISTRAR DEPARTMENT, ALL COLLEGES OR BY CLICKING HERE http://www.uniten.edu.my/go/exam.

 

The Registrar Department will open the examination ticket terminals from 25 July 2011 (8.45am - 12.15pm and 2.45pm - 4.30pm) at the Registrar Department Counter from 25 July - 12 August 2011.

 

STUDENTS WITHOUT EXAMINATION TICKETS WILL BE BARRED FROM SITTING FOR THE FINAL EXAMINATION.

 

Students with financial debt are advised to obtain prior clearance from the Finance Department (Student Unit), Level 1, Administration Building.

 

You are required to complete the Online Teaching Evaluation via the Student Info portal for each lecturer teaching you this trimester before you can print and collect your examination ticket at the Registrar Office. 

 

You are reminded NOT TO BRING INTO THE EXAMINATION HALL ANY UNAUTHORIZED MATERIALS INCLUDING HANDPHONES.

 

EFFECTIVE FROM TRIMESTER/SEMESTER 1 2011/2012, STUDENTS ARE TO PRINT THEIR EXAMINATION RESULTS SLIP VIA THE 'STUDENT INFO ' PORTAL.

ADDITIONAL SHUTTLE SERVICE DURING RAMADHAN

Dear students

 

1. Please be informed, during the period of fasting month, FDM will be providing an additional student shuttle (Monday to Friday) to Food Court 2 for the breaking of fast and solat terawikh from 6.30pm to 7.30pm and 9.30pm to 10.30 pm. The route is as follows:

 

From Murni Bus stop > Amanah Bus stop > Dewan Seri Sarjana > Food Court 2

 

2. The normal student shuttle would still be running but there will a break in the shuttle service from 7.30 pm to 8.00 pm during the fasting month. The shuttle would continue again at 8.00pm.

 

FDM also would like to take this opportunity to wish a blessed Ramadan to all our Muslim students.
