Who is eligible to apply:
All FULL-TIME 'Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN)' students.
We are having a promotion at Universiti Tenaga Nasional and we are giving away 100 free ISICs on a first come first register basis. If you want an ISIC, come along with:
1. One Passport Size Photograph
2. Please bring along your Universiti Tenaga Nasional Student Card and a photocopy of your Universiti Tenaga Nasional Student Card.
3. Complete an ISIC application form, which will be available from MSL on the day of the promotion.
Terms & conditions :
1. Any student applying after the 100 applications and after the promotion period will have to pay RM 20.00 for the ISIC.
2. MSL Travel has the right to reject any incomplete and illegible application form.
Note: This ISIC promotion is funded by the MSL ISIC Development Fund.

ELECTION NOTICE
Student Representative Council (SRC)
Universiti Tenaga Nasional
Election for members of the Student Representative Council
The University Election Secretariat has decided to hold an Election to select new members for the Student Representative Council (SRC) for Putrajaya Campus (K.01) and Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Campus (KSHAS) (K.02).
1. Nominations will be held on 21 August 2009 (Friday) between 9.00am to 12.00 noon in Room BA-04-24, Administrative Building (Putrajaya Campus) and Operation Room @ 'Bilik Gerakan' (KSHAS). If there is a contest, Election will be held on 27 August 2009 (Thursday).
2. Each candidate must complete 3 copies of the nomination form and attach 3 passport- sized colour photographs. All necessary forms and election guidelines are not chargeable at any cost and can be obtained from the following counters:
a) Putrajaya Campus
(i) Student Affairs Centre, Level 2, Admin. Building
(ii) Level 6, Admin. Building, College of Information Technology (COIT)
(iii) COE Counter, Ground Floor, College of Engineering (COE)
b) Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Campus
(i) Administration Office @ 'Pejabat Pentadbiran'
3. Each nomination form must be signed by a Nominator and a Seconder who are also eligible to vote in the said elections. There must be a written consent by the Candidate which must be stated in the said form.
4. The nomination form must be submitted with the declaration form, signed by the Dean of the relevant colleges, to the Election Officers on Nomination Day.
5. If the number of candidates does not exceed the number of seats, the eligible candidates will be declared winners without contest.
6. Students who are interested to be nominated are advised to collect the SRC Election Guidelines. (Each candidate must obtain a CGPA of 2.50 and above to compete in the SRC Elections - kindly enclose a certified true copy of your latest examination results)
7. The running of this SRC Elections is guided by the rules of the National Elections of Malaysia. The Secretariat has the right to follow the rules which is suitable to the university.
8. With this notice, we hereby declare the Student Representative Council, 2008/2009 Session officially DISSOLVED.

The recent news and outbreak of the Pandemic Influenza A (H1N1) in Malaysia has been very worrying. Though our neighboring institutions have closed for protection, we would like to assure you that UNITEN DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONFIRMED CASES OF H1N1.
By the way, If you feel sick, immediately seek medical attention at the dispensary at ILSAS. The Sepang District Health Office will be at the dispensary starting today to assist us. Your cooperation in this matter is very much appreciated.
