5. Pemohon boleh membuat pindaan pada mana-mana maklumat permohonan sebelum tarikh tutup permohonan. Walaubagaimanapun, pemohon hendaklah menghantar semula permohonan tersebut setiap kali membuat pindaan. Permohonan tersebut akan membatalkan permohonan terdahulu dan dianggap sebagai permohonan baru.
6.
