OBJEKTIF: UNTUK MEMILIH AHLI MAJLIS PERWAKILAN PELAJAR (MPP)
BAGI KAWASAN:
Urusetia Pilihanraya telah menetapkan untuk mengadakan Pilihanraya bagi memilih Ahli Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar (MPP) sesi 2011/2012 bagi Kampus Putrajaya (K.01) dan Kampus Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah (KSHAS) (K.02).
1. PENAMAAN CALON bagi sesuatu kawasan Pilihanraya tersebut adalah seperti dibawah:

2. Semua Calon mestilah dinamakan dalam satu Borang Penamaan yang berasingan (dibuat dalam tiga (3) salinan berserta tiga (3) keping gambar berwarna ukuran passport). Set Borang Penamaan dan Buku Panduan serta Peraturan Pilihanraya MPP boleh diperolehi dengan percuma di tempat berikut:
a) Kampus Putrajaya
(i) Kaunter Pusat Hal Ehwal Pelajar, Aras 2, Bangunan Pengurusan
(ii) Kaunter Pejabat Pentadbiran, Aras Bawah, Blok BN, Kolej Kejuruteraan
(iii) Kaunter Pejabat Pentadbiran, Aras 6, Blok BW, Kolej Teknologi Maklumat
b) Kampus Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah
Kaunter Unit Hal Ehwal Pelajar, Aras 2, Bangunan WISMA KSHAS
3. Setiap Borang Penamaan mestilah ditandatangani oleh seorang “Pencadang” dan seorang “Penyokong” yang sah untuk mengundi dalam Pilihanraya MPP. Persetujuan Calon secara bertulis mestilah dicatatkan di atasnya.
4. Borang Penamaan Calon hendaklah disertakan bersama Surat Akuan yang ditandatangani oleh Dekan atau Wakil Dekan bagi setiap kampus dan mestilah diserahkan kepada pegawai-pegawai Pilihanraya yang bertugas di tempat Penamaan Calon.
5. Jika jumlah “Calon Sah” yang diterima untuk bertanding MELEBIHI daripada jumlah kerusi yang dipertandingkan bagi sesuatu kawasan, maka PILIHANRAYA DIPERTANDINGKAN dan Pengundian atau “Hari Mengundi” akan diadakan pada: 5 Oktober 2011 (Rabu).
6. Jika jumlah “Calon Sah” yang diterima untuk bertanding TIDAK MELEBIHI daripada jumlah kerusi yang dipertandingkan bagi sesuatu kawasan, maka PILIHANRAYA TIDAK DIPERTANDINGKAN dan Calon kawasan tersebut akan diisytiharkan “Menang Tanpa Bertanding”.
7. Pelajar-pelajar yang ingin bertanding sebagai Calon diingatkan memahami dan mematuhi peraturan yang termaktub dalam “Buku Panduan dan Peraturan Pilihanraya MPP Sesi 2011/2012”. Pemahaman dan pematuhan peraturan yang ditetapkan adalah penting bagi memastikan pencalonan Calon tidak ditolak di atas kesilapan seperti mengisi borang atau pelanggaran mana-mana syarat yang ditetapkan.
8. Pilihanraya Kampus Universiti Tenaga Nasional adalah berpandukan peraturan Pilihanraya Malaysia. Walaubagaimanapun, Urusetia Pilihanraya berhak meminda mana-mana peraturan mengikut kesesuaian atau keperluan semasa.
9. Mulai tarikh notis ini dikeluarkan, maka dengan ini barisan Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar Universiti Tenaga Nasional Sesi 2010/2011 dengan rasminya DIBUBARKAN.

ELECTION NOTICE
STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL UNIVERSITI TENAGA NASIONAL
2011/2012 SESSION
(Election Campus of Universiti Tenaga Nasional)
OBJECTIVE: TO ELECT NEW UNITEN STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL LINEUPS
The University Election Secretariat has decided to hold an Election to select new members for the Student Representative Council (SRC), 2011/2012 session for Putrajaya Campus (K.01) and Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Campus (KSHAS) (K.02).
1. Details of the Nomination are stated below:-

2. Each candidate must complete 3 copies of the nomination form and attach 3 passport- sized colour photographs. All necessary forms and election guidelines are free of charge and can be obtained from the following counters:
a. Putrajaya Campus
i. Administration Counter, Student Affairs Centre, Level 2, Administration Building
ii. Administration Counter, Ground Floor, BN Block, College of Engineering
iii. Administration Counter, Level 6, BW Block, College of Information Technology
b. Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Campus
Student Affairs Unit Office, Level 2, WISMA KSHAS Building
3. Each nomination form must be signed by a “Nominator” and a “Seconder” who are also eligible to vote in the said election. There must be a written consent by the “Candidate” which must be stated in the said form.
4. The nomination form must be submitted with the declaration form, signed by Dean or Dean’s Representative of the relevant Colleges, to the Election Officers at the said Nomination venue.
5. If the Number of Candidates EXCEEDS the number of seats in the respective campus, then an ELECTION will be held on 5th October 2011 (Wednesday).
6. If the Number of Candidates DOES NOT EXCEED the number of seats in the respective campus, there will be NO ELECTION and the eligible Candidates will be “Declared Winners Without Contest”.
7. Students who are interested to be nominated are advised to collect the SRC Election Rules & Guidelines 2011/2012 session. Failure to understand and abide to the rules may cause difficulties in completing the nomination forms or rejection of the Nomination.
8. The UNITEN SRC Election is guided by the rules of the National Elections of Malaysia. The Secretariat has the rights to make necessary amendment to the procedures as needed.
9. With this notice, we hereby declare the Student Representative Council of UNITEN 2010/2011 Session Lineups is officially DISSOLVED.
