We will be taking in VOLUNTEERS to help out in this event. Please kindly register yourself by sending your name, id no., email, hp no. and preferred department to secretary.unics@gmail.com. There are several departments which need volunteers to help out such as:

1) PROGRAM - 8 person (priority given to 1st year and above)
2) PROTOCOL - 5 person (priority given to 1st year and above)
3) TECHNICAL - 3 person (priority given to 1st year and above)
4) LOGISTIC - 5 person
5) PUBLIC AFFAIRS - 3 person
6) PUBLICITY & MEDIA - 3 person
7) FOOD & BEVERAGES - Full
8) SECURITY - 10 to 15 person (priority given to 2nd year and above)
9) DECORATION & USHERING - Full
10) REGISTRATION - Full

**Scorun points will be given for all volunteers.

A MEETING will be arranged with all the volunteers & those who wish to perform (please send at least 2 representatives to register for AUDITION) as detailed below:

Venue: BL-0-002 (COE Theatre)
